Samsung LN32B530 32" 1080p LCD overscan?

The overscan on the Samsung LN32B530 32" 1080p LCD isn't that good. (See original image at http://hifinet.co.kr/images/uploads/overscan1920.jpg.)   I checked the user manual on the Samsung site and couldn't find the word "overscan" anywhere in it. I'd hoped there would be some setting to adjust it.
